House Guidelines In order to submit kirtan artist/band, venue, or event "listing" to the Kirtan Connection website, you will need to register. This registration process helps to keep denizens of spam world away from our website. Once registered, you can upload your kirtan artist/band and venue information, including a photo, description, CD samples and information (for artists/bands), website links, and more, to be viewed by Kirtan Connection visitors. Kirtan artists who have CD's available at CDBaby.com, Amazon.com, and/or iTunes, will also be able to link to those pages. All initial listings are first approved by the Kirtan Connection admin team (the Royal Attendants who respond to all our needs). Once approved, you can log in and make changes to your listing anytime, day or night, via the Manage Listings link, and the changes will go into effect immediately. If you forget your secret password, we will not be able to give it to you (otherwise it would not be secret!), but we will be able to send a link to your e-mail address so that you can renew your password and still have access to your listings. Who can Submit Listings? Any kirtan artist, band, or venue (or their representative) is welcome to submit listings to the Kirtan Connection website. If you submit a listing that is not related to kirtan, it will not be approved. We recognize that some kirtan artists also offer mantra (sacred sound) events that are not in the traditional call-and-response format of kirtan, so we've included a box to check in order to help viewers distinguish between the participatory kirtan events and the mantra concerts that involve sacred sound but are not entirely in the call-and-response format.
