What is Yoga? Yoga is an ancient science which brings the body and mind into balance through posture and breath work. Yoga is non-competitive and everyone comes to the practice for different reasons such as stress reduction & weight loss to learning to tap into the spirit and light which lives in all of us.
Jenni was drawn to yoga as a child through pictures of master yogis and grew up with a fascination of the yogic discipline. Trained by nationally accredited Narayani Schalk here in Indianapolis and receiving her 200hr RYT. She has also trained with Sri Swami Shankardevananda, Angela Farmer, Victor Van Kooten, and Mantra Raj. Jenni's teaching draws influence from her personal studies of the philosophies of Sri Swami Satyananda Saraswati (Bihar School, India), the Sivananda lineage, and the techniques of Shiva Rae, Paul Grilley, and a host of other wonderful teachers of this art.
